HR & Payroll Assistant - St Austell - Cornwall
Salary - £33,000 - £35,000 + 5% Bonus

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book with growth into various export markets and a very close knit team they are looking for a HR & Payroll Assistant to join their close team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of pay and benefits for employees ensuring the HR system contains accurate data
Manage monthly payroll and time & attendance system efficiently and effectively, ensuring payroll data is correct
Respond quickly to all payroll queries and submissions
Support the design, implementation and ongoing administration of key compensation and benefit arrangements.
Liaise with providers and organise employee benefits as requested
Assist with any additional HR tasks as required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
5 Years within a payroll role
Experience with year end reporting
HR Admin knowledge would be advantageous
Experience in manufacturing / Engineering / Production environments would be advantageous
Benefits Package:
Salary:- £33,000 - £35,000 + 5% Bonus
Hours:- 36.25hrs a week
