Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Senior Reporting Representative located in Mumbai, India within the Human resources organization. The HR Senior Reporting Representative will leverage a variety of applications and systems to assist in building and scheduling Human Resources customized reports for North America and global clients, while driving self-service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities – Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role
- Act as first point-of-contact for Workday HR Reporting requests, track progress and provide continuous feedback to requestors on status of their inquiries (via phone, chat, and case management
- Understand client needs and drive self-service wherever possible.
- Work to identify and deliver solutions for our clients including troubleshooting to identify reports available in current inventory and escalation of requests for reporting enhancements.
- Delegate and escalate inquiries as appropriate, obtaining necessary approvals and remaining responsible through completion.
- Build customized reports for North America and Global clients.
- Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for the reporting team.
- Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume, minimize customized reporting, etc.)
- Support testing activities for new reports and enhancements to existing reports
- Prepare data for surveys or reports for government and legal agencies as required
- Collaborate with Reporting teams across each region to ensure consistency in process, ongoing knowledge of each region's custom reports, and sharing of knowledge.

- Supports the implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions in assigned discipline(s) to deliver a best in class employee experience
Required qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, Business Administration in a process-oriented organization
- Fluency in English (written & oral).
Your skills, knowledge, and abilities include:
- Process oriented person that can work closely together with different stakeholders in a highly dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with HR technologies and processes. Experience with HCM software like Service Now and Workday
- Work experience in international organizations would be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Desktop applications, especially Excel
- Works independently with a moderate level of guidance and direction, is self-motivated and accountable.
- Demonstrable communication and inter-personal skills for working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Bring the outside-in perspective and focus on long-term sustainable improvements.
- Understand customer and internal stakeholder needs.
- Strategic and analytical mindset combined with effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical, innovative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently to produce quality results.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects as appropriate with a high degree of accuracy and comfortable to work towards tight deadlines.
