Key Responsibilities for Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and candidates in the driving sector.
- Seek out and engage top-tier talent via diverse recruitment avenues such as networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Execute comprehensive screenings, interviews, and evaluations of candidates to guarantee alignment with client needs.
- Formulate and execute dynamic recruitment strategies to surpass sales objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates during the entire recruitment cycle.
- Remain informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications for Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the driving sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and fostering client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment procedures and industry standards.
- Possession of a valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
