Main Responsibilities

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

Strong communication skills to build relationships both internally and externally with non-financial management, with experience in financial systems and MS Excel skills. Provide regular feedback to the Associate Director of HR and Resources on escalating potential serious operational issues or organisational risk. Information and Reporting Responsible for the maintenance and optimal use of the employee relations casework system, ensuring appropriate records are maintained, reviewed and updated in accordance with data protection legislation and best practice guidance. Responsible for the development and production of key employee relations reports from the employee relations casework system and ESR for the HR Business Partners, wider People & OD team and Divisional colleagues as required; ensuring these are produced and disseminated in accordance with the agreed timescales and data protection requirements. Respond to Freedom of Information requests in accordance with the agreed timescales. To support risk management for the department and the Trust by identifying, implementing and maintaining controls, contingencies and actions. To undertake other duties commensurate with responsibilities of the position Establish and monitor controls in all aspects of service delivery to ensure compliance with national and legislative requirements, standards and regulations.

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Previous experience as a DM, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting
• Previous experience of leading a team
• Great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding
• Good IT skills and confidence in computer based work
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £52,546.12 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week working Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
