Your new company is a regional construction firm based in London. They were established over two decades ago, having grown from a small local business into a well-established design & build contractor, renowned for their commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. • IT Business Continuity systems and techniques
• Security and Threat management in an enterprise environment (e.g. Trend Deep Security and OfficeScan)
• Enterprise Data Storage and backup (e.g. NetApp, Rubrik cloud backup, Barracuda M365 backup)
• Monitoring and notification (e.g. Solarwinds, Jakarta Interceptor)
• Integration tools with other systems, such as Building Management Systems, environmental monitoring, IDM (e.g. PowerShell and/or Linux scripting)
• Management of Voice services in a mixed (VOIP/Analogue) enterprise environment (e.g. Mitel IP telephony, Mitel Unified Communications, SoftPhone, SIP, Mitel Call Centres)

My client is an Insurer who require a Programme Manager with previous Insurance industry experience, process optimisation (simplification, harmonisation, automation and/or standardisation) and working knowledge of Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) to join a business-critical Programme.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working as a Programme Manager within the Insurance industry (Commercial Lines ideal) providing a layer of oversight.
• Experience managing large, cross functional teams in geographically dispersed functions (i.e. EMEA / APAC / Global etc.)
• The ability to harmonise, standardise, simplify and where required automate existing as well as identified new processes.
• Previous experience with Enterprise Shared Services (ESS).
• Excellent task configuration, planning, cost improvement and risk management skills.
• Track record of successfully leading Transformation Programmes as a Programme Manager, with the use of tools such as Visio, Lucidchart etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (up to and including C Level stakeholders).
• Sensitivity to Change Management principles and practices.

• Ability to speak multiple languages
