For over 55 years, our client has provided safe, quality accommodation, along with first class support services to the most vulnerable members of society.
They provide person centred, supported housing across Wirral, Cheshire and Warrington, with a focus on specialist support services to people aged 18 years and over who are at risk of, about to become, or are homeless, and 16 to 21 year old care leavers.
As a member of the management team, and under line management leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality day-to-day management of the Association’s services through a team of staff.
You will provide an exemplary service at all times by working within and actively promoting and adhering to Association quality standards, procedures, values, business principles, and continuous improvement methods.

What will your role look like?
Your key tasks will be:
• Business Management: To effectively and efficiently manage the business functions, and support business development and improvement to meet the Association’s Business Plan
• To effectively lead, manage, supervise, and continuously professionally develop staff in line with the Association’s Business Plan
• To ensure that the services delivered to residents are of the highest quality, by monitoring project performance against internal and external requirements
• To implement policies and processes within service delivery practice, and contribute to the development of policy, procedure, and service improvement
• To be responsible for robust management, maintenance, health & safety of Association properties, ensuring they are compliant with legislation and regulations, and readily available for inspection
