The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources function, ensuring that our workforce remains motivated, well-supported, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our HR strategy, driving cultural change, and overseeing all HR operations, including service mobilisation, TUPE transfers, policy development, and strategic workforce planning.
Who We're Looking For
You are a seasoned HR professional with substantial experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within healthcare or a similarly complex environment. You have a deep understanding of HR practices, including managing TUPE transfers, service mobilisation, and designing HR policies that support both organisational goals and employee wellbeing.
· Strategic Visionary: You can craft and execute HR strategies that support our ambitious growth plans while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
· Change Leader: With proven experience in managing organisational development and driving cultural change, you are adept at leading HR initiatives that resonate across multidisciplinary teams.
· People-Centric: You believe in the power of strong, values-driven leadership to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
· Analytical Thinker: Your ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data informs your decisions, ensuring that our HR strategies are data-driven and impactful.
· Adaptable Problem-Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where challenges are constant, and your ability to remain flexible and solution-focused is key.
