Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
Lead, motivate, and manage the care staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans for residents based on their needs.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Manage the budget and financial resources of the care home efficiently and responsibly.
Ensure staff receive appropriate training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Carry out regular audits and assessments to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in the health and social care sector.
Hold a valid registration with the CQC or relevant regulatory body.
Possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and compassion.

Pay Per Hour: £24.46
