As a multi-skilled Electrician you will be responsible for undertaking all electrical repairs and associated multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard whilst delivering an excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target-driven environment.

It is essential that you hold a NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate qualifying you as an Electrician together with the 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection and a full driving licence.

You will also be able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer-focussed environment where the customer comes first.

Your new role
As part of the repairs and maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering technical services to all properties, to ensure the housing association can meet all responsive, planned, cyclical maintenance and property management requirements.
You will be carrying out day to day technical inspections, including for damp and mould, before providing reports and suitable resolutions.

Kenect Recruitment are currently seeking a Large Format Print Finishing Operative to join one of our clients in the Cramlington area.

Previous experience within Large Format operation is preferred although not essential.

Daily duties will include:

• Operating various print finishing machinery and equipment.
• Monitoring CNC cutting beds and roll printers
• Quality checking finished items against product specifications
• Use hand tools to adjust machine settings as needed.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality of finished products.
• Communicate any questions with team members and escalate to management when required
• Ability to be able to provide advice and/or solutions where necessary to maintain deadlines
• Complete relevant in process Quality Control checks
• Awareness and adherence to the Company's Quality, Health and Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Policies and Procedures to maintain and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Print, Print Finishing or similar transferable skills
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions
