We are seeking a Recruitment Officerto cover a secondment until June 2025.
As a member of the Recruitment team you will ensure the recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth and timely manner.
You will be the first point of contact for hiring managers and candidates providing specialist guidance and advice at various stages of the recruitment process. This includes advertising, interviewing, shortlisting, pre-employment checks, onboarding and ensuring all new starters are processed in a timely manner.
You will also support key recruitment projects enabling the recruitment team to deliver high volume, quality and streamlined recruitment services.
You will needexcellent ICT skills, previousexperience of working in a busy customer focused environment, ideally in recruitmentand the ability towork effectively under pressureand prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
The team is currently based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% being spent on-site in Canterbury, in accordance with our current hybrid working policy. Travel to other KMPT locations may be required.
This post is open to both external candidates and internal KMPT staff who may be interested in this role on a secondment basis.
• Support hiring managers with the end-to-end recruitment process and advise them throughout the process to minimise delays.
• Preparation of advertisements for internal and external publication ensuring the information is accurate and presented in the appropriate format that adheres to current employment law.
• Prepare and send out recruitment correspondence for interviews via Trac
