• Serves as a senior labor relations advisor and subject matter expert on the development, planning, execution, implementation, and approval of labor management policies USDA-wide.
• Advises top level management and executives of OHRM, USDA, and all Mission Areas on the overall goals, policies, and objectives of collective bargaining initiatives across USDA.
• Collaborates with the ELRD Labor Relations Officer (LRO) to assist agencies that are preparing and presenting the Department’s position in third party LR proceedings, i.e., FLRA.

Your new company

As a temporary caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises and grounds. You will also assist with setting up and clearing away equipment for school events, activities and exams. As a caretaker, you will work closely with the school staff and follow their instructions and policies. - Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not mandatory

- A commitment to safe and responsible driving practices
- Working outdoors in all weathers is required
- Able to work 5 days out of 7 including potential day at the weekend
