Workforce Staffing are recruiting for an experienced **CNC Laser Setter Operator ** is required for a busy manufacturing company based in Shirley.



Requirements:


* Experience in using a 4m x 2m laser cutter
* Bodor Thinker 3.0 Software or similar experience
* Press Brake and Guillotine experience
* Must be able to read technical drawings
* The ability to prioritize tasks and adopt a flexible approach to working methods
* Experience of operating an overhead crane an advantage
* Valid Counterbalance forklift truck Licence an advantage
* Housekeeping - Keeping the work area clean and tidy
* The ability to work within a team environment
* Experience of material handling of finished parts for safe transport to welding and other departments
* Additional workshop/manufacturing duties as required
* Specific training can be provided

**General Workshop Operative**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week



Workforce staffing are recruiting for ** General Workshop Operative** for a busy manufacturing company in Shirley.



The role will be working in the manufacturing workshop area, manufacturing conveyor systems and steel work.


* Using various hand and power tools
* operating Guillotine and Brake Press
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Overhead 5 Tonne Crane
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* General workshop duties
* Basic machine operations
* Use of Band Saw for steel cutting
* Stock control
* The ability to prioritize tasks and adopt a flexible approach to working methods
* The ability to work within a team environment
* General housekeeping duties
* Additional duties as required

FLT Counterbalance Licence desirable
