Job Title: HR/Recruitment Administrator
Reports to: Director of HR
Contract: Full time (37 Hours per week), Permanent
Salary: SFCA pay spine points 8 – 11: £24,010 - £26,907
Start Date: Immediate Start
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR/Recruitment Administrator to support the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services across the Trust. This role will primarily focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR processes to ensure an efficient, customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities Include:
• Organising recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, and pre-employment checks.
• Supporting onboarding processes and preparing New Starter Welcome Packs.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and the Single Central Record for each academy.
• Assisting with routine HR inquiries, updating HR documentation, and supporting payroll.

Specialising in the retail sector, they work with light gauge sheet metal and tubular sections in materials like mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Due to increased demand, they are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join the team

Key Duties:
Press operator experience
Monitor and resolve problems with processes and remove bottlenecks
Keep up to date with new developments in technology and relevant production processes and evaluate and apply ones that are beneficial

Experience Required:
Experience working with Amada Punch press or similar
Driven and open to challenges
