Salary Point 16 - £23,409 per annum Hours 37 hours per week, all year round Contract Permanent Location Peterborough College We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Recruitment and IAG Officer to join our team at Inspire Education Group. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in guiding students through their educational journey, from their initial inquiry to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: • Student Recruitment: Attract and enrol new students by providing exceptional customer service and tailored guidance. • Advice and Guidance: Offer expert advice on course selection and student support services. • Bursary and Transport: Process bursary applications, process transport requests, and ensure students have the necessary resources to succeed. • Enrolment and Onboarding: Process part time student enrolment requests The ideal candidate will possess: • Level 2 English & Maths • Level 3 qualification in IAG/Administration (or willing to work towards) • Previous experience in an administration role • Experience in a customer service facing environment • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook We offer: • A supportive and collaborative working environment. • Opportunities for professional development. • 30 days annual leave, plus Christmas close down • Access to the Local Government Pension scheme • On-site benefits and facilities, including a gym, free on-site parking and on-site nursery (Peterborough only). • Work closely with a highly dedicated team.
