Recruitment Account Manager
Location: Peterborough
Salary: Up to £35k, dependent on experience + commission
Contract Type: Maternity Cover – 12 months
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
Crooton is a location-based recruitment marketing solutions business, helping clients worldwide fill vacancies and build brand awareness. Our channels help clients reach both active and passive jobseekers, using marketing tactics such as geo-fencing, digital out-of-home, social, and digital display advertising, just to name a few.
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our team for a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for managing a selection of accounts, building relationships with the key stakeholders within those accounts, and helping to fill their vacancies.
You will have a caseload of vacancies across various industry sectors, ranging from healthcare, to events, to administration, and will deliver advertising and outreach for those vacancies. You will manage the client relationship, providing regular updates via email and video calls, but also candidate management, ensuring that candidates receive a great journey through their application process.
This role doesn’t require any new business calls or outreach, but you will be responsible for growing your accounts, providing recommendations for additional services, and always ensuring that you know what is in the pipeline so you can provide accurate forecasts to the business.
What do you need?
- Previous experience within recruitment, ideally in an agency or external recruitment function where client service is paramount
- Ability to build long term relationships with clients both over the phone, and on video calls
- Excellent organisation skills – this role can be busy where you are juggling a lot of vacancies
- Previous experience of working with a CRM system
- Ability to work from the office, based just outside of Peterborough
