• Coordinate government-wide accountability policy with internal OPM stakeholders, including the MSAC Principal Deputy Associate Director (DAD), other DADs, ACE group and program managers, and relevant Workforce Policy and Innovation policy staff.

• Provides operational services and law enforcement position management advisory services to support goals and objectives and produce results that accomplish agency missions

• Share responsibility for the management and technical direction of Human Resources Services including Recruitment and Staffing, Classification and Position Management, Benefits Administration, Retirements and Personnel Action Processing.
• Organize work, set priorities, determine resource requirements; establish short and long-term goals and strategies, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes for efficient and effective delivery of HR operational services.
• Serve a as a technical Human Resources consultant on continuously evolving HR projects and programs with national impact.
• Provide input and insight during the development and implementation of policy related to operational human resources services within USCIS.
• Maintain close partnerships with headquarters and field representatives to gain insight and maintain awareness of agency-wide priorities so that HR operations is successfully prepared and equipped to provide customer focused support.
• Guide all aspects of USCIS Operational human resources delivery in accordance with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) framework and standards, and associated DHS Office of Chief Human Capital Officer requirements.
• Assume a full range of delegated managerial and supervisory authorities and build upon a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and enhanced customer service in the human resources program.
• Provide technical and administrative oversight to subordinate supervisors and staff.

As a SUPERVISORY POSTVENTION AND SUICIDE RESPONSE PROGRAM ADVISOR at the GS-0601-15 some of your typical work assignments may include:

• Serves as the DSPO lead for postvention and suicide response strategic initiatives and policy including leading working groups, task forces and ad hoc groups to address these issues in the military at the national, federal, state and DoD levels.
• Determines program goals and develops internal policies, directives, plans, and procedures for implementation and compliance ensuring postvention and suicide response is fully integrated into DSPO's strategic plans, the Defense Strategy for Prevention of Suicide and other relevant strategies and business plans.
• Provides advice and guidance to the DSPO Director and Leadership Team, the Military Departments/Services and/or other Program Leads within the Department of Defense on suicide cluster data analytic methods, epidemiological consults to identify and respond to suicide connection and contagion, postvention training, education, and response programs and operations.
• Leads special projects, drafts reports, and conducts briefings on a variety of postvention and suicide response topics to advance excellence in data analytic methods, policy publication, postvention training, education, and suicide response that respond to congressional legislation, leadership directives, and emerging needs within the DoD enterprise.
• Composes new postvention and suicide response data analytic methods, epidemiological response protocols, connection and contagion prevention interventions, policies, training, education, and response documents and revises various presentations when needed to ensure compliance and alignment with national standards, best practices, evolving practices, and new congressional direction.

• Serves as AFOSI's primary point of contact (POC) for providing civilian pay and leave administration advisory support on the full range of complex and sensitive pay, leave, benefits, travel, and debt issues.
• Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for a wide range of civilian pay matters and provides procedures related to pay and leave administration for AFOSI worldwide.
• Administers civilian employment planning and provides comprehensive human capital management advisory services to support goals and objectives and produce results that accomplish the agency's mission requirements.
• Conducts, leads, and/or participates in studies to improve assigned Human Resource Management (HRM) programs.

An expanding multidisciplinary building consultancy has recently expanded into Nottinghamshire, adding another office to their existing six other offices across the UK. This company has been in existence for over fifty years, offering a range of services including; Architecture, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering and Building Services. One of the key areas in which they are looking to expand further is their Building Services Team.
Your New Role
Your main purpose ofthe role is the design of electrical engineering for building services. Due tothe nature of the projects, details cannot be disclosed.
In this role, you willbe:

• Managing multiple projects and prioritising workload meet all assigned deadlines
• Meeting with clients
• Surveying and reporting on electrical systems in buildings
• Prepare technical specifications and drawings using industry-standard software
• Undertaking design calculations
• Design electrical installations to meet British Standards
• Developing design proposals at sketch, detailed design and production stages
• Preparing tender documentation and reports
• Demonstrate a passion for electrical design engineering and a willingness to learn
• Support senior members of staff in managing client and design team relationships
• Attend networking events as required

You will need toundertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
You will need to have electrical design experience.
You will need:

• Minimum 5 years' experience within a building services design role
• HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Building Services or related subject
• Experience in design software e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux, Relux
• Experience contributing to design team meetings
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• To be willing to travel
• A driving license and access to a vehicle
