Finance Administrator - Truro - From £23,500 per annum dependent on experience

We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our clients team in Truro.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling payments,
- Setting up Direct Debits,
- Processing refunds
- Managing the purchase ledger.
- Carrying out reconciliations
- Managing aged debtors.

As an Accounts Assistant, you must have excellent IT skills and be comfortable working with various software and systems. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and has good admin skills as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. You should be a pro at handling financial data and have a knack for spotting discrepancies and resolving issues.
We are searching for a flexible individual who can adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively. Someone who is solution-driven and can take ownership of their work. Our ideal candidate must be customer-focused as you will be dealing with clients on a daily basis. We value individuals who have superb communication skills and can build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
