As the HR Business Partner you will deliver a customer focussed effective and efficient HR support to employees and managers ensuring compliance with employment legislation and VolkerWessels UK Policies.
You will provide a quality HR Business Partnering service to the VolkerHighways business through providing day to day tactical advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and employee relations matters.
This role will support the Head of HR as well as the wider HR team to deliver business related projects and strategic HR Transformation projects and other business related projects across the Business Units.
About you
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice HR policy and practice
- Resourcing and workforce planning
- Project management
- Experience of data analysis and reporting
- Good IT knowledge and understanding including intermediate or advance excel
- Strong relationship building skills
- Mid to Senior level experience as an HR practitioner
- Proven track record of handling a range of complex employee relations issues and casework
