As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our construction machinery and equipment. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, maintain client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a proactive attitude, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of the heavy machinery industry.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- Performance Monitoring:

Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
