Your new role

As a Home Ownership Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting the initial checks for the Right to Buy applications. You will ensure the tenant's details have been added to the in-house system accurately, and the tenant is eligible to proceed with the Right to Buy. Furthermore, you will be ensuring any notices and letters are sent out to the tenants in a timely manner.

You will need experience of working in a busy administrative environment where you can prioritise your workload. In addition, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.
