我們需要您做什麼（主要職責）：
- 主導月末和年終結算流程，確保準確性和及時性。
- 進行財務分析並向相關部門提供建議
- 管理財務風險，包括流動性、償付能力和資本結構，並確保遵守會計準則、法規和報告要求。
- 帶領團隊成員透過改善內部控制實現節約策略並為公司創造額外收入
- 領導和指導團隊經理負責團隊績效以及團隊成員的成長和專業發展
- 制定並實施會計政策、程序和內部控制。
- 與外部利害關係人聯絡，例如公司秘書、審計師和稅務機關。
- 您需要處理工資合規等人力資源職責，並專業地解決跨部門的人事問題並提供適當的建議。
我們需要你什麼（工作要求）：
資格：會計文憑或學位。
語言：會說華語者優先，英語和馬來語。
技能：熟練 MS Power Point、MS Project、MS Excel 和 MS Word；
經驗：至少2年會計工作經驗。
必須擁有自己的交通工具並且是馬來西亞公民。
