Provide support and project work to clients
Ensure standards are being met at all times
Maintain a high level of technical skill
Continue to improve technical skills through studies and further education
Effectively communicate with clients
New ideas on how to improve the business and service deliverables
Participate in weekend on-call roster
Ensure documentation completed and updated as appropriate
About You
A minimum of 2 year's experience working in an MSP environment as a IT L2/3 Support Engineer
Experience with Office 365 and Windows operating environments
Experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure
Experience with Virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V, VSphere and VMWare
Must be proficient in server, networking, firewall and switches
Sound understanding of technology products – mobile devices and other technology
IT troubleshooting experience
Good communication, customer service and time management skills
Certifications are looked upon favourably
