WSH Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities

• Require working outdoors in construction sites conducting checks on the works areas. Must possess a level of physical fitness appropriate to the job requirements, keen observation and intimate knowledge of WSH requirements to enforce safety compliance at the workplace. The WSH Coordinator must be able to fulfil relevant legal requirements on WSH-related training to undertake the job and specific WSH tasks.
• Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedures. Report findings and identify WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices. Respond promptly to incidents and accidents and support WSH incident and accident investigations.
• Support the organization’s WSH procedures and main contractor’s requirements by conducting safety checks to identify cases of non-compliance with organizational procedures and legal WSH requirements.
• To observe daily work practices, gather feedback from workers, evaluate risks associated with the hazards identified in the workplace and escalate issues that require corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Advanced Certificates in WSH
• 3 to 5 years’ working experience
• Preferably with experience in construction background
• 6 days week

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Experience in Construction preferable in micropiling & geotechnical works
• Independent resourceful & able to plan, coordinate with Consultant, main Contractors & Subcontractor pertaining to our project.
• Self Motivated, Team players, preferably with valid class 3 driving license

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering

• Independent resourceful & able to plan, coordinate with Consultant, main Contractors & Subcontractor pertaining to our project.
