Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator to join their client in Thornbury. As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for client and engineer liaison, producing monitoring contracts and providing technical & complex quotes. This role is perfect for someone who is keen to learn and has excellent people skills, making it an ideal opportunity for someone interested in health compliance and Health & Safety and / or with a scientific degree or equivalent. If successful that starting salary is £28,000 per annum.
As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you will often be the first point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and providing professional and knowledgeable advice on the latest regulations and compliance standards. Your role will involve coordinating with the engineers and liaising with clients to arrange site surveys, produce technical quotes, and build monitoring contracts.
To be successful in this role, you will likely have a science degree and / or a strong understanding of Legionella prevention and water hygiene. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be required to liaise with clients and engineers on a daily basis. You must be confident, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
In addition to the technical aspects of the role, the Technical Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records. Our client is looking for a skilled administrator who can handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
