We are searching for an associate ready to step into a Technical Sales Support Representative role and become an integral part of the sales team quoting waterworks products.
This associate will report directly to the operations manager. This job requires you to be in the office Monday-Friday, 8-hr. shift between the hours of 6:00am - 4:00pm.
Must be able to work onsite at one of the following locations:
Santa Ana, CA
Ventura, CA
Responsibilities:
- Support the outside sales team.
- Manage relationships with Internal and External customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while providing technical assistance and guidance.
- Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
- Be a team player and work with our sales team to support quotations.
- Form solid relationships to establish trust within district.
- Willingness to learn and train continually with products.
- Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.
- May be responsible for providing back-up driver duties and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of technical sales experience is preferred.
- Project management experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
- A high level of integrity when problem solving.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid state issued license is required
