The Role
- Providing technical engineering support to customers and field sales engineers
- Producing quotations
- Creating reliability reports to support customers
- Project managing product deliveries to customers
Key Skills and Experience
- Mechanical Engineering Qualification
- Motivated to be in a customer facing engineering role
- Ability to fault-find with customers over the phone
- Strong mechanical engineering experience
Salary, Benefits and Hours
- Monday - Friday (8.30 - 4.30) with 3 days hybrid working
- Up to £40,000 DOE
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing with service)
