Job Summary:
We are seeking organized and technically skilled individual to serve as Project Lead cum System Lead. This role will involve managing end-to-end project delivery while also leading System design and implementation efforts. The candidate should have strong technical background and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Job responsibilities:
1. Project Management
• Lead multiple projects, secure resources and ensure scope are delivered on schedule.
• Develop and manage project plans.
• Update project status to project manager.
• Coordinate with customer, sub-con and project team to ensure project implementation is on schedule.
2. System Implementation
• Lead system design and implementation to ensure system meets customer requirements.
• Oversee system integration and testing.
• Lead project team to resolve issues on-site.
• Provide technical direction and support for junior engineers.
• Liaise with customer to gather requirements and ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare documentations such as Installation Control Documents and Acceptance Test Plans.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experiences in Public Addressing (PA) System, PABX and charger systems.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and system implementation.
• Strong understanding of system design.
• Proven experience in leading project team and managing projects.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Prior working experience with MINDEF and/or MHA customer is an advantage.
