Key Qualifications

• Multi-disciplinary understanding of optics, general physics principles and basic EE concepts.

• Expertise in ground-up development of custom optical setups using advanced tools in optical / electrical metrology, including free-space optics, spectrometers, light source, photo detectors and associated analog signal conditioning/amplification etc. Hands-on alignment experience is a plus.
• Experience in optical design, analysis, optimization, and tolerancing using ray-tracing software (LightTools, Zemax, etc). Custom fixture mechanical design (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc) is a plus.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage a versatile team of SW Engineers in the design and development of real-time software and automation control systems for the Company’s full range of semiconductor equipment.

2. Develop and implement software methodology, documentation/library system and tools to support software sustaining and new development projects
