Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Trust IT Manager to enhance teaching and learning. Maintain and support IT infrastructure and software systems. Provide technical support across multiple schools. Advise staff on software usage for improved outcomes. Manage IT security, backup systems, and software licensing. Provide technical support for events, including lighting, sound, audio, and visual systems. Offer first-line support for the Trust's Management Information System (MIS). Qualifications: Proven IT support experience, preferably in education. Expertise in IT infrastructure and software systems. Strong troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with data protection regulations and GDPR. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
