The primary objective of this role is to ensure maximum network availability and functionality to help SIA achieve its business objectives

Responsibilities includes:

•Continuous transformation of the network infrastructure to enhance availability and automation

•Offer network consultancy project support to ensure that IT services comply with SIA architecture and standards

•Create technical solutions for complex requirements

•Run large-scale network operations, including strong service management knowledge in a multi-vendor environment

•Possess relevant knowledge and experience in cloud technologies

•Lead and coordinate incident resolution across different vendors

Requirements:

In this Media lecturing job, your responsibilities will include:

1. Plan, prepare and deliver outstanding lessons to provide students with the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential in areas of Media lecturing.

3. Manage, develop and share resources to enhance teaching of Media and Computing

•Provide advice and solution for projects to ensure IT services, such as application products, comply with SIA architecture and standards

•Architecture and own technical solutions

•Run large-scale network operations, with strong service management knowledge in a multi-vendor environment

•Have L2/3 experience in various networking technologies including

o data centre networking including SDN (preferably ACI), Load Balancer (GTM and LTM), SASE, DNS, etc,

o automation experience (Ansible or Python)

o security products such as firewall, IPS, WAF; and routing switching such as BGP, OSPF, etc

•Possess relevant knowledge and experience in cloud technologies

•Configure and maintaining monitoring dashboards on NPM and SIEM

•Track, perform POC and plan technology refresh

•Deliver large-scale IT projects on time, within budget and of committed quality and outcome

•Manage outsourced vendor(s) and internal teams

•Lead and coordinate incident resolution across different internal and vendor teams

•Ability to work in a team with 24*7 support

Requirements:
