What You Will Do The role will be responsible for developing and implementing home and international recruitment and associated marketing strategies, evaluating effectiveness of the strategies and ensuring appropriate market diversification, to drive student recruitment planning process with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to set and subsequently deliver on targets.
The role will require collaborative working, engaging with the departments, central service areas, agent networks and partners, to ensure that the student recruitment activities are effectively coordinated and delivered, and aligned with the Group strategy. The role is expected to manage resources effectively and efficiently, and with a view to maintain quality in our service levels and provision.

About You - Have a relevant degree level qualification or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in higher education marketing and recruitment of international students to the UK.
- A deep understanding of home and international student recruitment markets, admissions issues, and market trends.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and client service skills, as well as the ability to plan, organise, and manage your time effectively.
- Experience in using data to analyse and evaluate marketing strategies, as well as develop multi-channel market plans with creativity and innovation that match our brand
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder relationship management and large-scale event management
- Proven success in crafting impactful campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospective students.
