Internal Technical Sales | Liverpool | Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | £23,000- £25,000 depending on experience
Our client is a distributor of electrical multipole connectors to the industrial market and is based in Speke in Liverpool, at 50 Evans Road, L24 9PB. They are looking for an “Internal Technical Sales” to join their sales team, providing Sales and Technical support to customers, dealing with commercial and technical enquires.
Their ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep understanding of customer service best practices in the Industry. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, they would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Good Electrical Engineering background, ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering “required”
• Knowledge of Sage 50cloud Accounts Software an advantage
• Hand on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access in particular)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines

• Sales order process
• Process Quotes
• Process Invoices
• Technical enquires
• Providing Technical advice
• Answer Telephone calls
• Process email correspondence
• Contact Customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
