What you’ll do:
- Actively apply policies and procedures within Regulatory areas and manage deviations and corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with AZ and Sodexo teams in root cause investigations, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Coordinate key training such as SOPs and GMP to enhance compliance across teams.
- Facilitate daily PDRs with deviation managers, providing updates to key stakeholders and supporting investigations related to quality issues.
- Track and manage document flow, ensuring GMP accuracy, archiving documents, and preparing reports for audits and monthly governance reviews.
What you bring:
- The successful applicant will aid in ensuring compliance within the area through administration of documentation, training records, and governance reporting while supporting business needs.
- Proven experience working in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and a ‘Right First Time’ mindset, promoting quality and GMP culture.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and technical document writing experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to analyze information systematically.
- Resilient and flexible, able to work under pressure, take initiative, and continuously develop through learning opportunities.
