You will play a vital role in:

1. Providing our Global Customers the technical support that they require relating to CyberArk's product suite, ensuring that they get the most out of their CyberArk experience
2. Leveraging your empathy and communications skills to address customer issues, prioritizing customer interactions to expedite urgent escalations
3. Collaborating and swarming with your teammates and CyberArk's Engineering teams to resolve customer issues. Analyse ticket data, identify incident root cause, draft Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report and follow possible resolution within the stipulated service level agreement

The goal of this 6 months hands-on sales development internship is to provide you a platform to gain valuable experience in the field of sales development in the growing cybersecurity landscape. We are looking for talented and driven individuals to join our team who are interested in pursuing a career in sales development, account management or channel sales with a passion to establish your footing in the growing technology market. You will be exposed to real business situations with coaching from SDR/SDR Leaders to take through your successes and challenges with a continuous feedback culture to help you take the maximum from this experience.

Apart from topic specific trainings on sales development, you will be engaged in a holistic internship program where you are mentored by SDR and SDR leadership, have exchanges with leaders in the organization and collaborate & lead impactful company-wide CSR activities.

Impact You’ll Own:

As a Sales Development Intern, some specific tasks that you may be involved include:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate target personas of CyberArk products and solutions
• Gets hands-on on how to read a lead, developing talk track and outreach email, and form discovery questions
• Analysis of current outreach tools including ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Outreach and Drift, and develop strategies to help optimize the results from the usage of the tools by the Sales Development team
• In addition to these specific tasks, you may also be involved in attending qualifying conversation, discovery meetings, shadowing experienced SDRs, and participating in training sessions to develop your skills in sales and customer success.

Based in Barcelona, Spain, you will work from our fantastic hub, and collaborate with local teams and with colleagues from around the world and from other organizations such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical sales team in analyzing, preparing, and delivering customer presentations.
• Work with the technical sales team on creating the reusable assets (Videos, Presentations, other documents).
• Help the team in organizing 1 to many events(Enablement sessions, Webinars, etc).
• Shadow our seasoned sales and technical sales in their day-to-day work to acquire the new skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Masters in Spain, in technical degree ideally in D&M industry ( Mechanical Design and Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial design,…).
• Fluent in English. Another language is a plus ( FR, DE, NL, IT, …).
• Interest and passion for working in a technology sales environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
