We have a great opportunity for a ICT Application Support Team Lead to work within our app support team in Hoddesdon.
As part of the VW UK ICT Team, Application Support Team Lead is accountable to support, maintain and enhance business applications for various VW UK businesses meeting the service levels and delivering application enhancements/upgrades. Based in Hoddesdon, and reporting into a Senior Manager, this role requires an individual who is flexible, adaptable, and focused on providing excellence in business-critical support of applications that run VW businesses.
About you
- At least 5 years of experience as lead of Application portfolio development/support
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant subjects, or the equivalent on-the-job experience/professional certification.
- Experience of Construction Industry is desirable.
- Experience of ERPs and Microsoft based Technologies is highly desirable.
- Dynamics 365 Business Central application knowledge is highly desirable.
- Integration of third-party systems is highly desirable.
- Working in fast paced environment
