Job Responsibilities :
1. Assemble and thoroughly check laptop/PC orders and able to finish the orders
neatly within stipulated time.
2. Provide technical support for computer hardware and software errors - Assist
customers through multiple platforms, including face-to-face, over the phone, email,
or social media platforms to resolve issues.
3. Computer hardware diagnostic skills - Able to determine/troubleshoot computer
errors' root causes before the repair are performed.
4. Provide good customer service for customers who call in and send in systems for
RMA.
5. Respond and resolve open cases in a timely manner using available resources
within the company.
6. Prioritize and manage many open cases simultaneously.
Job Requirements :
1. Minimum a SPM holder or equivalent with at least 2-year experience in an
computer assembly role or technical support environment.
2. Possess good computer/hardware knowledge and skills
3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
4. Possess multi-tasking capabilities and excel under pressure
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
