• Domestic Gas (CCN1, CKR1,HTR1 CENWAT, CPA1) and commercial Gas (COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1 ICPN1,TPCP1/1A, CDGA1) as a minimum

• Minimum 5 yrs. experience as a commercial gas engineer carrying out maintenance and repairs

• General experience in a commercial building services environment would be beneficial
• Other trade skills would be an advantage
• Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi-task
• Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative
• Ability to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with minimal supervision.
• Friendly and approachable nature with great communication skills (including written)
• Great attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Full UK driving licence

Remuneration

• This is a permanent position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week between 08.00 am to 17.00 pm

We are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team supporting local authorities in utilising Liquidlogic's market leading Education and Social Services and Case Management software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for 2nd and 3rd line support functions as part of the Application Support team.
• Investigate, analyse and problem-solve Incidents raised via our Incident Management System, Jira.
• Use application log files, SQL and other diagnostic tools and methodologies to resolve issues, including data issues, coding issues and reviewing application and Windows/SQL logs to identify the cause.
• Liaise with Problem Management, Development and Product teams as well as Third Party subcontractors when required.
• Replicating persistent issues in the applications, using local test systems to identify potential bugs to be logged with Development for fix.
• Communicate with customers regularly over issues and problems that they encounter.
• Take ownership of allocated customers and be their named dedicated engineer ensuring that Incidents are managed and resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Support customers on our own hosted servers as well as on-premises servers.

Skills and Experience:

This is a customer facing role which requires good interpersonal skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work as part of a team but also demonstrates initiative when working alone. This is together with the skills outlined below:

Essential:

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge and experience of working with SQL Server and writing SQL / T-SQL queries for fixing data issues.
• Strong 2nd line software / application support experience.
• Experience of Microsoft Windows Server and applications.
• Ability to prioritise and execute tasks.
• Excellent time management/ownership of personal Jira queues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally and ability to communicate with other members of the team.

Desirable:

• Data Warehouse/Business Objections experience.

• Supporting external customers using remote software.

As a Mobile Carpet Cleaner at Sodexo in the East Cluster, you'll travel with another member of the team to multiple sites and provide cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. You'll interact with our clients daily, and you'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet!

What you’ll do:    

• Work as a team of 2, sharing the driving to multiple sites in the area
• Primarily floor cleaning. Cleaning of carpets and hard floors at different sites between the North East and Midlands.
• Lifting floor cleaning machines in and out of vehicles when necessary
• Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks
• You’ll be provided a company vehicle along with a fuel card to visit different sites to carry out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
• Be a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe!

What you bring:

• Full UK (clean) driving license
• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable.
