Newcastle upon Tyne City Centre – Hybrid - currently, this equates to, two days in the office and the remaining time from home.

If so, we are looking for a Technical Knowledge Administrator to join the Customer Service Quality and Improvement Team within our European Award Winning Customer Contact Centre (I Know, that’s impressive!!)

About you
You’re a positive, confident & enthusiastic communicator with the ability to balance competing priorities and tight deadline - we work in a very fast paced environment!
You are technically savvy and it’s important that you’ve worked with and are confident using Sharepoint (our current tool) where we host our Knowledge base. You’ll manage and maintain our Knowledge base as well as ensuring that permissions are correct, tagging and meta data in place and our content governance is followed.
Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. You’ll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile.

Working hours
Full Time: Monday to Friday
