As the Network Lead you will be responsible for ensuring all Network systems are monitored and available across Elysium Healthcare!
This will primarily be a remote role with travel to Elysium Sites as and when required. You will be working in a small team and providing solutions to escalated technical issues as well as providing a high level of technical expertise to the business. The environment is spread over 90+ sites supporting 10,000+ users!
Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all Network systems are monitored and available(90+ sites, 10,000+ users)
- Technical governance and design of network solutions
- Implementing policies, processes and redefining blueprints for the Network Infrastructure
- HLD/LLD network designs for change projects(New Services, Sites, Security Projects)
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Supporting the installation of various server infrastructure devices and services (e.g. Servers, SAN’s, NAS’s, Nutanix, VMWare, Hyper-V and Azure Cloud Services)
- Ensure all network systems are patched, supported, maintained and updated including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- To advise on capacity planning, monitoring performance and ensuring system availability and reliability in line with projected growth
To be successful as a Network Lead you'll need: - Expert level Knowledge of Networking – Essential
- Expert level knowledge of SD-WAN/SASE technologies – Essential
- Expert level knowledge of Zscaler or similar SSE technologies – Essential
- Expert Level Knowledge of HP/Aruba LAN switching - Essential
- Expert Knowledge of Cisco LAN switching – Essential
- Expert Knowledge of Cisco Meraki switching/Wireless - Essential
- Expert Knowledge of Azure network technologies – Essential
- Extensive knowledge of network security enforcement tooling eg IDS/IPS/VRF’s, ZeroTrust
- Expert Knowledge of firewalls technologies – Essential
- Knowledge of networking monitoring tools – Essential
- Extensive network troubleshooting skills using packet captures
- Willingness to travel and work with all IT departments – Essential
- Strong communication skills, written and oral - Essential
- Willingness to work outside of standard working hours (9-5) when required – Essential
- The ability to manage and coordinate 3rd Party resource – Essential
- The ability to manage and co-ordinate team members - Essential
- Knowledge and experience of Hypervisor/Cloud technologies– Essential
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 – Essential
