Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced legal cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal cashiering and be proficient in the use of Lawfusion, which is an essential requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Lawfusion
- Processing financial transactions, including client and office account payments
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
- Providing support to other members of the finance team as required
Requirements:
- Strong Legal Cashiering experience.
- Proficiency in Lawfusion
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
