Call Handler


JF Law is a dedicated personal injury law firm based in Liverpool.

We have an outstanding team of solicitors renowned for their expertise in Personal injury, data breach, foreign injuries and catastrophic events and we are looking for the right candidates to join our First Response team.

You will be our first point of contact, providing clear and accurate information for high value potential customers. You will guide them through our claims process, ensuring both parties have the required information for us to sign them up to our services.

This role is fast paced and will require individuals to not only hit but exceed their targets.

We would like to hear from candidates who feel passionate about providing great customer service and have a proven track record of strong work ethic.


Responsibilities:

• Inbound/Outbound calls with clients to assist them in starting their claim

• Gather the required information surrounding the incident

• Accurately collate data by maintaining professional and efficient communication

• Upselling additional benefits

• Manage incoming emails/google calendars

• Resolve ongoing enquiries

• Operate our live chat system


Personal specification:

• Experience working in a call centre/phone-based customer service environment is preferable

• Experience with Data entry

• Experience working towards targets/KPI’s

• Customer call to sale conversion is a requirement

• Previous knowledge of personal injury claims

• Experience working in a law/legal office is a bonus


Working hours:

Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:30

• 37.5 hours per week

• Overtime available as and when required


Salary:

• 18 to 20 - £8.60 per hour

• 21 and over - £11.44 per hour

Stage One Legal Assistant



JF Law is a dedicated personal injury law firm based in Liverpool.


We have an outstanding team of solicitors renowned for their expertise in personal injury, data breach, foreign injuries and catastrophic events and we are looking for the right candidates to join our Stage One team.


The Stage One team work directly with our First Response Unit, Fee Earners, and Solicitors. They are responsible for vetting claims to ensure all procedures have been followed, requesting any outstanding information, and submitting claims in line with our policies.


As a Stage One Legal Assistant, you must be able to multitask across a range of responsibilities demonstrating excellent organisation and productivity.


Responsibilities:

• Quality checking Personal injury cases

• Communicating with our First Response Unit, Fee Earners, and Solicitors

• Complete the initial investigation, and submit claim notification forms via MOJ portal

• Inbound/Outbound calls from clients and third parties

• Accurately monitor and log personal data

• Meet or exceed KPI’s as agreed with your line manager



Personal specification:

• Experience working in a call/phone-based customer service role

• Experience with data entry

• Extensive background in customer service

• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail is essential

• Previous education, background or interest in Personal injuries would be advantageous



Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:30

• One late shift every 2 weeks from 11:30 – 20:00

• One weekend shift every 2/3 weeks, with a day off allocated during the week



Salary:

National minimum wage

• 18 to 20 - £8.60 per hour

• 21 and over - £11.44 per hour
