Job Description
- Assist and support PRO Manager on the followings roles.
- Make necessary arrangements for meetings with Stakeholders, Occupiers, Town Councils etc.
- Working closely with LTA's Community Partnership Manager (CPM) for any preparation and dissemination of circulars and notices.
- Expeditiously and tactfully address feedback and/or complains received
- Record, compile and submit monthly report on all the complaints to the CPM.
- Attend LTA monthly meeting and taking minutes of meeting.
Job Requirement
- Min 3 years relevant working experience preferably in construction industry
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Good written and effectively bi-lingual
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- good with microsoft office powerpoint
- Degree/Diploma
