Baker and Coleman Solicitors are recruiting for an Apprentice Legal Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator over the duration of 18 months.
Job Details:
• Providing support to our managers and employees
• Assisting in daily office needs
• Managing our company’s general administrative activities
• Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
• Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office
Requirements:
• Aptitude to proactively maintain and manage your own workload.
• Capability to plan and priorities your case load effectively, working to deadlines, timely and accurately whilst demonstrating decision-making skills and the talent to work in a target driven environment.
• Excellent oral and communication skills together with the confidence and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft office tools such as Excel.
• Candidates must be professional, with an excellent telephone manner and be confident in dealing with clients, as well as interacting with other members of the team successfully.
• The ability to work within a team and under your own initiative.
• Enthusiastic, driven with the aspiration to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive environment.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm / 1-hour unpaid lunch / 37.5 hours per week
