Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Discuss issues with referring doctor and other members of the medical team.
• Discuss goals and update family of patients where appropriate.
• Document patient physiotherapy records accurately.
• Charge patients accurately.
• Comply with evidence based best practices.
• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor / other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
• Registered / Eligible for registration of AHPC
