• Serves as a public health expert in developing, planning, coordinating, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating current or projected complex, interrelated public health and clinical / research programs within the Office of Human Research and Community Engagement (OHRCE) involving governmental and non-governmental organizations and individuals from multiple sectors e.g. local, state, national and/or international levels.
• Analyzes existing or proposed systems, strategies, services, or other health-related matters for long range implementation and administration of programs.

• Serve as the principal adviser to the Regional Defense Counsel (RDC) on all matters related to Law Office Management and Operations.

• Identify personnel strength requirements, develops funding requirements, monitors case assignments, and monitors travel and equipment need.
• Manage all aspects of personnel management, including continuing legal education, certification, administration, and readiness of civilian and military personnel in multiple geographic locations.
• Serve as security manager for the regional field offices.

agreed upon units or sites; will provide technical/expert advice and assistance to all visiting
cutters and tenants' units.

- Providing direction to security contractors and watch standers throughout the Base Detachment and other units or sites as dictated by SLA, to ensure an effective, secure operation that is responsive to government and contactor security needs.

- Planning and implementing protective methods and security procedures, using intrusion detection system and devices, storage containers, safe, locks, and locking systems, personnel entry control systems, and ballistic protection measures for the protection of personnel and property.
- Conducting security in briefs and out briefs for incoming and outgoing Base Detachment personnel.
- Establishing and maintains effective working relationships with regional program staff, headquarters, federal, state, and local officials, and private industry.
- Provides annual security refresher training as required to Base Detachment and other unit
