Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking candidates with an interest or experience in conveyancing, property, or legal administration to join our client's team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in their head office in Paisley.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within the legal field, with full training provided! You will have the chance to enhance your knowledge and skills while supporting a dynamic team.
This will be an office based role with hours of work being a Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 5pm, Tuesdays 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the legal team (document prep, filing, correspondence)
- Assist with managing and typing legal documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Legal Director
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Perform general office duties, including scanning, typing, answering phones, and managing office supplies
- Liaise with solicitors regarding bank details and payments
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
