C4 Interoperability Security Cooperation Planner
The Opportunity:
Our Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Interoperability Security Cooperation team is seeking an expert security cooperation planner to work unique international projects in Europe. As a security cooperation planner, you will develop and execute roadmaps that improve interoperability with militaries from a portfolio of countries. You'll use your collaboration skills as you coordinate with stakeholders across multiple staffs and the Department of Defense acquisition community. You’ll be challenged to build capabilities with European partners and Allies and assure communications information systems are available to commanders when and where they are needed. Your knowledge of network-enabled warfighting, combat information systems, command, control, and communications, project management, and security cooperation will be used on a daily basis as a subject matter expert for your portfolio countries and their projects to improve interoperability with U.S. forces. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in security cooperation
- 5+ years of experience in U.S. military command, control, communications, and computers
- 5+ years of experience with using Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience on Combatant Command or Major or Component Command staff
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders including executives, technical and non-technical members
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with joint all domain command and control strategy
- Experience with U.S. military program executive offices
- Experience with a critical agency’s command and control structure
- Experience with the USEUCOM area of responsibility
- Experience reading or designing network architectures
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Master’s Degree
- Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification
- Security Cooperation Workforce Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
