Join our dynamic team at Lincolnshire Police, where collaboration with the East Midlands and City of London Police drives the development of the NicheRMS application. As a Governance and System Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes and you will be instrumental in supporting the East Midlands and City of London Niche Team. You will support the Regional NicheRMS Lead and the Capability Manager in tracking deliverables, facilitating meetings and minutes, and maintaining effective communication channels across all forces.
In this role, you'll also collaborate closely with our NicheRMS Configuration Specialists, assisting in managing the testing of software releases, triaging software faults and providing essential first-line support to users. Additionally, you'll undertake crucial system administration within NicheRMS.
We seek candidates with an understanding of ITIL processes and procedures, and your ability to work collaboratively within a team to drive change coupled with strong analytical skills will be key. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional communication skills are essential. Furthermore, you should exhibit initiative, demonstrating a methodical approach to problem-solving and fault diagnosis.
We embrace agile working policies, offering flexibility to our team members. This role operates on a hybrid model, allowing you to work from home for the majority of the week. This approach enables you to balance work and personal commitments effectively while staying connected with the team and maintaining collaborative work dynamics.
If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for supporting policing and advancing technology, we're eager to hear from you. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to policing excellence within a collaborative and supportive environment. A full UK driving license and willingness to attend external training and off-site meetings as required are essential.
