Senior Civil Enforcement Officer

If so, NSL are currently recruiting for a Senior Civil Enforcement Officer.
What you will be doing
- Our Civil Enforcement Officers are the eyes and ears of the local community, patrolling areas, providing advice to residents, and members of the public, whilst enforcing road traffic orders.
- You will play a significant role in reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality through the enforcement of parking restrictions.
- Your day will be spent, mostly outside, in all weathers, walking up to 16 miles per day, so please consider this before you apply.
- You will be dealing with members of the public face to face, so customer service must be something you enjoy, sometimes in difficult situations.
- You will be required to work 40 hours per week. (Bank Holiday and Sundays may be required on request) working shift patterns, 07:30-16:30, 09:30-18:30 and 12:00-21:00 including weekends and Bank Holiday.
- Shifts vary so flexibility for the role is essential.
- Salary starting at £11.57 per hour, overtime available.
What you will need
- Full UK Driving Licences
- You must enjoy dealing with people, be friendly polite, and willing to offer support, advice and assistance to colleagues and customers.
- Had experience in managing small teams.
- PC skills would also be an advantage, as you will be using a handheld device daily as well as inputting data on to spreadsheets Via Teams.
