What will you be doing?

• The Senior Security Analyst will work with Security Architects to take on delegated complex tasks, drive projects and proactively monitor work loads.

What will you be doing?



The Capture and Proposition Manager is responsible for setting the bid (capture) strategy, developing winning strategies, and delivering compelling proposals. South Staffordshire College is looking to recruit an additional role to its Estates Team, with the creation of a Security and Student Liaison Officer at the College's Lichfield site. The postholder will also assist the sites team with minor repairs during the holiday periods.



The role is not about being a traditional security officer. We believe that young people respond to a security service that is firm and fair but that can also work with and understand learners, building positive relationships and being a good role model.

Successful applicants will have a background in customer services or security, and will be assessed based on the following competencies: Acting with integrity, respecting others, Building relationships and team working, communicating effectively, developing self and others.

Full training is provided by the establishment/ department. Training time will be paid at the standard hourly rate.

Security Clearance required:
All applicants will be subject to the HM Prison Service Security Clearance procedure which can take up to 4 weeks, this can include a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check. You must hold a Valid Passport or Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence in your current address. All applicants must be able to provide details of 3 years of ex-employer references.
